Good job on the installation of the product. They were fast. Didn't damage anything. Explained details on the device. Also, they didn't get lost when they came out. VERY GOOD.

Installation of my microwave went very smoothly. I received communication beforehand confirming the appointment and arrival of the installers, and letting me know how to prepare. Once here, they were quick, professional and friendly. Couldn’t be happier!

The crew that was scheduled to install were great. They did a quick job to install and explain the new appliance to us. My only complaint was their pre-call notification. They gave me a 20-30 min notification that they would be there... it was more like 60 -80 min. They still arrived in the window which was fine, but they need to do a better time of judging traffic and travel times.

Worth the money. The installers called before the arrival. They came on time as scheduled. They're very well prepared, they got their masks on, and their shoes covered with shoes' blue cover so that my carpet & floor wouldn't get dirty. They carefully removed the old microwave so that the dirt/debris wouldn't fall all over the floor. They measured, drilled the needed holes, mounted/lifted the heavy microwave, and installed it perfectly. They worked reasonably fast as well. Highly professional and highly recommended service.

They protected our space, cleaned up thoroughly, and went above and beyond to show us how to use all 4 of the appliances we purchased. If I owned a business, I would hire them! best installation ever! Service people were actually early and so efficient in the installation of our over-the-range microwave. the old one was out and the new one was in in about 20 minutes tops! Great installers, cleaned up after themselves. Explained our new microwave to us, left us all the appropriate instruction manuals and were on their way! Couldn't be happier!

The technicians arrived and within minutes had my old microwave removed and on its way back to their truck. The quickly drilled holes in my cabinet and had my new microwave installed and ready to go. The lead technician then had me microwave a cup of water to make sure it worked. I appreciated this as it gave me piece of mind. Has been working great ever since.

Best Buy used Elite Appliance for my install and I couldn’t be more pleased. They did a superb job. It was a quick, clean install and they stayed to confirm that everything was working correctly. I selected Best Buy for my purchase because they said they could install over my tile backsplash. They fulfilled all their promises.

I'm very happy to have purchased the installation for my new GE Profile Convection Microwave. The installers were prompt and professional. They were very skilled with removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit. They were very careful unpacking the new unit, as well as being very careful with the installation. It took less than an hour for the whole process. Not one issue with this process. I could not be happier!

Two guys showed up on time with all the necessary parts and did an excellent job installing the new microwave. They were clean and courteous and were finished in less than 90 minutes.

This was good since I wouldn't have to wait around all day. The installers arrived on time and proceeded to remove the old microwave. Once installed, one of the installers set up the clock and allowed me to test it to make sure everything was working properly, which it was. The two men who delivered and installed out Microwave were excellent. They took out our old Microwave, installed the new one, and hauled away the old one. They were great workers and were in and out in a very short amount of time. They told us what we needed to know about the new Microwave, asked if we had any questions. They were very helpful.
