Installation tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. However, I did NOT receive notification as to when he would arrive other than the 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. window. In fact the purchasing process did not confirm the actual day he would be here. Problem with the notification process was not his fault.

efficient, quick install. the only advice i'd have is to ask a best buy in home consultant to check the quality of your current kitchen cabinets, since if they're old and of bad quality (like my particle board ones from the 70's), they might not be sure enough long term to safely hold the newer bigger OTR microwaves. (I reinstalled the microwave myself after putting plywood in the cabinet for a sturdier mount, at the advice of the Best Buy installer)

Delivery and installation was as promised. I do have a real problem with Best Buys automated telephone system. The day before delivery and installation was scheduled, the system called me to inform me that I had to reschedule my d and i. When I tried to call back, I got lost in the automated shuffle and finally (on the second day of trying) I spoke with a real person who was basically of no help. BEST BUY...Your automated phone system needs help!!! Please contact me about it if you are a real Best Buy corporate person and I'll fill in the details. Worst system I've ever been on!
