Courteous and friendly installer. Old one removed and the new one installed quickly.

The technician was very professional, courteous and quite friendly. Set about to perform his tasks the moment he arrived and declined offers of coffee, tea, coke or water - said he was good. Did the job, in this writer's opinion, in a minimum of time, set the unit's clock and verified all functions before leaving. Did a tremendous job of clean up afterwards. I wish all the technicians I have dealt with over the years had the same level of professionalism!

The adjusted schedule when a problem occurred, then quickly installed the microwave, and cleaned up very nicely.

Overall the scheduling service and post-install escalation was not bad though a bit hard to reach on the phone. The problem I'm having is that my microwave manual says that there is a blower fan unit inside the microwave that need to be flipped if installing over the range. By default, this LG microwave comes assembled for venting into the room, not up into the roof. I do not think the installer did this and i didnt notice the problem until I read the manual. The air suction seems like hardly anything, so it makes me wonder if it was installed properly. I called back to ask to talk to my installer to ask how he did it but no response back.

We bought this unit to replace the exact same one we had. It took 6 months to get it but that was not the fault of BB but supply chain issues when we ordered it. BB did give us a discount for the wait which was very nice of them. The first one died after five years. It is powerful and will cook food at the shorter end of the cooking spectrum. My issues is with Bosch - a $600 microwave should not die in 5 years. Our house was equipped with Bosch appliances which I once thought was a high quality brand. Our refrigerator has had issues, our oven takes an unusually long time to heat up. Also, I found their Customer Service borderline rude. Buy at your own risk of an early failure.
