I'm very happy to have purchased the installation for my new GE Profile Convection Microwave. The installers were prompt and professional. They were very skilled with removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit. They were very careful unpacking the new unit, as well as being very careful with the installation. It took less than an hour for the whole process. Not one issue with this process. I could not be happier!

The technicians arrived and within minutes had my old microwave removed and on its way back to their truck. The quickly drilled holes in my cabinet and had my new microwave installed and ready to go. The lead technician then had me microwave a cup of water to make sure it worked. I appreciated this as it gave me piece of mind. Has been working great ever since.

Installers were very polite and efficient. I was impressed how quickly the install was completed.

The two men who delivered and installed out Microwave were excellent. They took out our old Microwave, installed the new one, and hauled away the old one. They were great workers and were in and out in a very short amount of time. They told us what we needed to know about the new Microwave, asked if we had any questions. They were very helpful. Definitely 5 stars.

Love, love this microwave! It looks great and more importantly gets the job done. The Wi-Fi works well with my Samsung oven. The fan works well and is super quiet. The install went well, the techs were professional and friendly. Highly recommend. The only downside is I bought this in June and it didn’t became available until August but I understand this was because of supply chain issues.

I had a great experience with the Best Buy installation team for my over-the-range microwave. I was especially impressed with how professional and detail-oriented the installers were. I wanted the microwave to sit flush with the cabinet doors, and although the manufacturer's template and specs were slightly off, the team went above and beyond to make it work. They carefully added shims to align everything perfectly, resulting in a clean, built-in look that exceeded my expectations. They also noticed that the vent setup required a different part than what I had and clearly explained what was needed, offering helpful advice rather than just doing a quick install and leaving. The team took care to protect my property throughout the process and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very satisfied with both the end result and the quality of the service. Highly recommend!

Over-the-Range Microwave Installation Review The installation was quick and professional—technicians arrived on time and handled everything efficiently. They ensured the microwave was securely mounted and tested, leaving the area clean and tidy.

The 2 guys who delivered and installed my Range and Over the Range Microwave did an incredible job. They arrived within the time window. They had to uninstall the sliding door to get the ranges in and out. They unloaded their truck and put the old one one the truck while my wife cleaned the dirt and grease build up. They installed the range and microwave quickly and easily. Obviously not their first time! Thanks to the Professionals!

I am battling stage 4 cancer and many household activities are very strenuous so I decided to purchase your installation option with my microwave. The installers charged a little more than I anticipated because of the difficulties they encountered. I was fine with this. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Carlos was one of the installers and if I could rate him with a grade higher than 10 I would. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they would be welcome in my house at any time. They had a difficult job yet they took time to explain everything. I rarely, if ever, write reviews but I did not want to let this opportunity pass. 5 stars for every aspect of the installation.

The installation crew, that installed our Whirlpool microwave, did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

Two guys showed up on time with all the necessary parts and did an excellent job installing the new microwave. They were clean and courteous and were finished in less than 90 minutes.

These workers were great. Very professional and know exactly what they were doing.

The husband and wife install team were really on their game, they were quick and the install was very clean. They were very respectful to area around the install, We liked their work so much that we requested them specifically to install the rest of our appliance purchases.

Later, after I went through the install instructions myself, I noticed that the two Best Buy Associates that did the install, cut a few corners. Basically, it looked like it was so they could get it done quicker. The microwave was still installed correctly though. And I'm still going to give them 5 stars because I know all too well how it is. How many installs they do probably has a lot to do with how much money they make. And when working in a middle-class job like that, most people are living down to the last dollar to their name every week. So technically, survival is at stake almost every single day...
