Installation Nightmare
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm sure you are surprised by the title of my review vs the stars given. The various installers that came out were excellent, however, it took just about 5 tries for them to bring a microwave that wasn't damaged. The last time, the installer, who knew the history and who had come one of the previous times, checked the microwave before leaving the warehouse. It, in fact, was also damage but luckily they had another in the warehouse. I would recommend the installers but would insist that they check the appliance before coming to install.

Be sure to get everything in writing and have it with you when they come to install anything. I ended up paying out of pocket to have them install microwave or leave my kitchen a mess and find an electrician after everything was out of box. I’m still trying to get in touch with our sales rep to get some type of reimbursement. to come in and move a wire.
