Fast Installation

Since they were installing the microwave over my gas range, they used a protective covering. The install was less than 30 minutes, including time to make sure it was in working order. They were courteous and friendly. Won't hesitate to use Best Buy installation again.

Quick, clean install

The driver did not have a diamond tip drill to drill into my quartz backsplash the first time they arrived, but they setup another visit where they got the right equipment and promptly finished the installation. The installation cost is pretty pricey unless you have the Total Tech Support membership from Best Buy.

They also pointed out some very minor damage to the back of the microwave that would not impact performance nor was it visable once installed and notified Best Buy who offered to replace or a gift card to compensate.
