Installers had to work hard to get the new microwave installed; back of microwave had a few changes since the old microwave ( same brand) was installed. Took old microwave out easily. The installers were very friendly as well as hard working.

This is my third kitchen appliance installed by the Best Buy installers. They are trained to do it and with utmost care. They also explained things to me as they installed. They know what they are doing and have a new employee learn under the direction of an experienced installer. Can’t say enough about how skillful they are.

Excellent No Dents! Great microwave was delayed on backorder plus a 30 day wait for scheduled installation. Then 1st one had a small dent on the door so was reordered and same process waiting on inventory & installation!

Really love our new microwave. We had our previous microwave for 20 years, so it was time to update and this is a great choice!

I like the shelf in this microwave. We can warm two plates at once. It is so nice to look at even when we are not using it.

quick, thorough and knowledeable installation process

This guy knew his stuff! He was fast with getting all 3 appliances up and running and very respectful to my home!

The installer did a great job carefully unpacking and bringing appliances into my home. I was grateful that none of the doors or the wood floor was scratched. He was also careful not to track snow into the house (it was a very snowy day). Unfortunately the inside of the cupboard above the microwave now looks like a mess. He had to drill new holes since it had different mounting location compared to the old microwave. He did not use the template that came with the microwave to drill the holes, but instead used a spade bit to drill larger holes which were not even spaced correctly. So now I have large ugly holes in the bottom of the cupboard, large washers under the mounting screws to keep them from falling through the hole and the mounting screws are at an odd angle because the hole was not lined up correctly. I have contacted the company who installed it and was told someone would come back after Christmas to look at it when they weren't so busy. I am hoping for some type of resolution for the mess up.
