Poor Customer Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installation was fine, when it finally happened. I was scheduled for installation on Dec. 22, 2022. I waited my time period, 12pm-7pm and no one showed up. I had no email, phone call or text saying the appointment was not going to be honored. For a tech company, that is inexcusable. When I went to the store the next day, no attempt was made to get it done that day or the next. i was just told that since it was very cold on my scheduled day no one showed up to work! I was sure glad I had not taken off work for a whole afternoon and early evening waiting for something that was not going to happen. Asking a customer to block off 6 hours is not a reasonable request. I certainly hope there are some New Year resolutions made and put in place that improve the service and installation process.Poor Customer Service
