Great install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.From what I understand Best Buy used a third party provider for this install because their own company was three weeks out making appointments. The company name is FIF installations. They did a great job however I could not contact them directly using the number on the paper they left me. They will be coming back to make a minor adjustment to the microwave door which is not level. The appointment was scheduled through Best Buy for the adjustment.

A notification would have been nice. Something to work on for the future between Best Buy and the third party installers.

Microwave was an inch longer

When the installers were about to install, they realized it was one inch longer than my old one and would not fit on the wall. They gave me 3 choices: return it and get another brand or have some cut the backsplash one inch shorter or pay them $45 to install a piece of wood on the wall so they can mount it.

Replacement microwave

I was replacing the same microwave that was purchased only a year prior purchased at Home Depot. He explained it had been improperly installed and the vent was burned out.
