Great job installing my over the range microwave. The price was the cheapest I found.

The company that installs is "outsourced" by Best Buy, therefore, they show up early, reschedule and fail to show up without the communication reaching you the customer. I spent 3 days attempting to get my products installed. The first appointment they showed up an hour early, I was in the shower. When I called to tell Best Buy, "you were early, are you coming back" they responded, "i spoke with the guys, they will return in 30 minutes. 5 hours and 8 calls later, I was informed that the subcontractors had placed me on a reschedule and that there had been no contact with the actual installers that day. My second appointment was scheduled for a week later. They did not show up. I called again. Finally Best Buy gave me the installers direct number, I scheduled a third appointment, they showed up two hours early (thank goodness I was home). The installer himself was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. the products were installed quickly and met my satisfaction.

I loved how once the microwave was installed, the technician made sure it was working properly and showed me different things about the microwave. The only unprofessional thing about the service was that the person who was being trained smelled like alcohol. Overall, good experience.

No problems with the install. Techs were friendly and efficient.

Installer was great. I was worried because the microwave was heavy and on top of our new stove. He covered the stove with a heavy blanket and was very neat and organized. Definitely happy he did the install.

Awesome, awesome, awesome service and installers. This microwave wAs silupposed to be identical to old one, but wrong. It was larger. Taller and deeper. The techs left and got what they needed and installed just perfect. I know it was a difficult task for them to match up existing wall hole? But they did with their custom mods. Thanks guys.
