Best Buy service was great. The Kitchenaid low profile OTR microwave looks very nice and worked fine except for one disappointing aspect of the microwaves design and that is a tone sound component that is not audible more than an inch or two from the control panel. I had the original installation replaced as we thought it was defective. But I was assured by a Kitchenaid tech that that was how it works. We are extremely disappointed in that aspect of the OTR microwave as you have to be in the kitchen to see the word end display and here the microwave stop working to know the cycle is finished.

Install was fast and perfect…old unit was removed and the new one was operational within 15 minutes.

Came on time and tech did call to confirm that they were on the way and did the install fast and carefully.

The sales reps were great… the installation techs were excellent …. And the unit is working as it should ….

The existing unit failed. The replacement was able to be installed in very short order. Cost was acceptable. Big WHEW! The installer came as scheduled. Was a good sport when unexpectly debris from recent roofing job came down vent, but easy clean up. He was efficent, professional. Unit works as it should.

A friend and I installed the LG microwave. He's a retired carpenter, I'm a retired mechanic. We did a much better job than the person who put our first one in many years ago.

Third overhead microwave in five years. So far this is the quietest. Has all the features we wanted.

2 techs came on time; brought new unit in; uninstalled old unit and placed at the curb per my instructions (for pick up next day). Installed new unit; tested it; set time; demonstrated it to me and we were all set.
