I want to make clear - this review score does not reflect the installers or the install company. Best Buy hires out subcontracted SMB plumbers, movers, electricians. The main gripe is Best Buy’s scheduling software/system. They automatically pencil everyone in for a 7-1pm timeframe but they fail to mention this is a pipe dream - nothing more than a day-long placeholder. The real timeframe is only set up 24 hours prior to the date of your appt. Then the schedulers will give you any time that fits. So it could be a 1-4pm appointment. Very poor system on Best Buy’s part. On the other hand - my installers were terrific. Very thorough. I would recommend. Nice guys too.

Installation arrival information was continual. Team left excess parts for me to dispose of. I reviewed materials and manual before disposing to learn the filter had not been installed. A second trip was required because of placement of over the range microwave and I could not install. Second trip was prompt and painless. All good now.

The installers did a great job and were quick, however the microwave sits against a wall over my range and you could not open the door completely so I had to return it. The installers gave me the option of returning the item to the store myself and starting the exchange process immediately or they could take it back to the warehouse with them. It was nice to be given an option.

I had 4 appliances installed in the same day. No problems with any of them.

Our service tech installed our microwave all by himself even after I offered to help!
