Not what was expected, nice looking unit, but it isn't that user friendly, if you want to use the air fry or the sensor reheat, you have to have items they have listed in there program, are you are out of luck, my 25-year-old convection microwave I had that was still working I gave to my daughter, I could put something in there push sensor reheat without having to have some list to tell me what I could reheat, it reheated whatever you put in it, definitely smaller than I thought for its size, couldn't even fit my pizza pan. The Wi-Fi is a joke, downloaded it, drove me nuts sending me texts every time it was done cooking something no matter where I was, apparently couldn't turn it off, but there really wasn't anything useful with that app, supposed to be able to scan products barcodes and the microwave will set itself up to cook the item, problem is, it has to be in there program also, everything I tried was not listed, so you're pretty much have to cook what they have listed. Had a bad install from an installer, have had several appointments to get problem solved, finally gave up and canceled everything, too many appointments made with no calls no shows, may end up taking this unit back, not sure if Best Buy is my best bet, not very good experience, almost I am a total Tech member also, this situation had been going on for like a month and a half, called them several times, they had a case number, kept assuring me that they would make this a priority to get it taken care of for me, I decided I had had a good plenty, so I just called and told them after this last appointment that didn't happen, forget about scheduling me another appointment I was done I had had plenty.
