We purchased the Total Tech Support & Installation package and couldn’t be more pleased. Our delivery and installation was done by “On Par Installation, Inc”. We received notices the day before and the day of our appointment, even a call that they were ahead of schedule asking if okay to come early. Our installers were Alex and Ramon. They were amazing. Totally coordinated, efficient, neat and clean. They also explained select features of our new appliances. They were professional and polite. It took about 2 1/2 hours to remove old, install new, connect, test and demo. They went the extra step to remove doors even where there was clearance but close. Very respectful of us and our home. These guys were very efficient. I joke that they could have cut the boxes open, unpackaged, installed and connected appliances while blindfolded. Highly, highly recommended. This company is a keeper.

All the positive reviews I read about this microwave/convection oven were true. This is a very good appliance that's easy to use, versatile, and looks great. I love his quiet it is and the convection oven is a big plus over the unit I replaced. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The installers were quick and efficient! They had the old microwave out and new one installed in less than 30 minutes. Left everything clean and took away packaging

I love our new microwave! It's very modern and streamline looking, and the features are top of the line! It's a 2 in 1 microwave and a confection oven.

They came in and had it out and asked me some quetions and had the new one in in under 15 mins

I paid for this so it looked nice when my wife saw it. It was worth the money. Just be advised that if they have to drill a hole its $75 per hole. Thats buried in the fine print

Wasn't sure if we needed to have the microwave installed or if could do it ourselves, but was glad they did it. They were friendly and very competent in installing the microwave and what would have taken us a few hours to install they did in a couple of hours. Friendly people.

Everything with the install worked perfectly. The installers were very pleasant and efficient. They uninstalled and removed the old one and installed the new one. The experience was flawless.

The two installers who came to install our over-the-oven microwave were on time and one was very knowledgeable and did a good job. The other seemed to be training. Didn't speak English. Was more a helper for the other guy. They were with a company I never heard of...Not Best Buy.

The company On Time Delivery and Installation that delivers for BEST BUY, Delivered, Relocated and installed Our Appliances. We had a Refrigerator, Gas Range Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave replaced. They did a Wonderful job All the Way Around. We received Text the day before letting us know they were coming as Scheduled with a time estimate. On the Day of Delivery we received updated text and also Text when they were on the Way. Gabrielle and Ralphel were Excellent on Delivery, Relocation, and installation. They were Professional, Very Knowledgeable and also Personable throughout the entire process. I would Recommend them to Anyone.

Those install guys were great. On time, careful to not do damage to my glass cook top, cleaned up all the cardboard, etc that comes with a new appliance.
