Best Buy service was great. The Kitchenaid low profile OTR microwave looks very nice and worked fine except for one disappointing aspect of the microwaves design and that is a tone sound component that is not audible more than an inch or two from the control panel. I had the original installation replaced as we thought it was defective. But I was assured by a Kitchenaid tech that that was how it works. We are extremely disappointed in that aspect of the OTR microwave as you have to be in the kitchen to see the word end display and here the microwave stop working to know the cycle is finished.

The two installers who came to install our over-the-oven microwave were on time and one was very knowledgeable and did a good job. The other seemed to be training. Didn't speak English. Was more a helper for the other guy. They were with a company I never heard of...Not Best Buy.

Everything with the install worked perfectly. The installers were very pleasant and efficient. They uninstalled and removed the old one and installed the new one. The experience was flawless.

I work for a competitor that was out of this OTR. A different competitor had it on back order, so I went to look online and saw Best Buy had it in stock and could install it asap! Went for it, and am happy. I thought I knew the installers, I did not know they had laid most of them off and gone back to third party installers. I was pleasantly surprised when the installer showed up with the microwave, installed it and even correctly vented it to the ductwork! And did it in less than 30 minutes! That was something that the Home Depot guys apparently had not done when the previous owner had them install appliances. It is a nice looking microwave and easy to operate. I like how simple it is to remove the screen on the bottom and clean it. The turntable can be turned off it needed and the fan has four speeds, the top one is 400CFM. It is easier to clean than the previous model, which had a door handle. This has a nice clean look as the door goes all the way across. The buttons on the bottom are nice if you need them lower for kids.

Installers did a good job; however, they inadvertently took the rack with them that should have been left inside the microwave. I'm still waiting for another one to be mailed to me, which resolution has already ordered. It was on back order with the vendor and should be in shortly. Other than that the product itself is Great, works like a pro and has more ways to cook your food than an oven and microwave put together. I love it!

Best Buy installation has exceeded my expectations! The guys were so friendly and professional and they showed up on time and were fast and efficient installing all of our products and they were so neat and clean we were so happy!
