I am amazed at the incredible customer service from Best Buy. Management has made tremendous changes and I am a fan for life. I will use Best Buy Geek Squad for all major appliances. In any future home purchase I will come to Best Buy for all major services and appliance purchases including kitchen and laundry. Just really amazing service.

I was very impressed with the service Best Buy Geek Squad provided for my microwave installation. The first microwave that was installed wasn't screwed in correctly, so I made a call and they scheduled that microwave to be taken out and another new one be put in correctly. Everyone was a pleasure to work with.

Great! So helpful with installation options and then execution of installation. This meant a lot with an older home with an older model previously installed.

The microwave oven was installed without any issues.

They did a good job, although for a moment I thought they were going to put it in with the front vent. We have a top vent. We looked at the instructions and then it went smoothly.
