The installation went smoothly however, later that evening when we use the microwave we noticed a vibrating sound. Called the Geek squad they came out inspected the unit and rather then try to repair it order a new unit as replacement. They left the original unit for use until the replacement is installed, next week.

pete and sam installed our new microwave with ease. unfortunately the door wouldn't open very much and we had to go back to best buy to order the proper microwave. the gentlemen were kind and professional. we would definitely refer them to others.

Our microwave installation team called ahead to advise when they would arrive and arrived on time. They were polite, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional, I would like to keep them please :). Great experience store to install and loving it!!!

installation was quick and installers were friendly. They followed all Covid protocols. Didn't give 5 stars because they left without wiping down the microwave. As a result, there were fingerprints and smudges that we had to clean.

The person who installed my new microwave was prompt, kept me informed about time of delivery, was friendly and professional. He also installed a new refrigerator door on my Samsung that had a handle that broke. Not happy with Samsung, who did nothing to help. But the installation went very well.

This is a nice microwave. It works like it should.

Installation team was courteous and knowledgeable. They were neat, removing the old microwave and installing the new microwave with ease, and were fairly quick about it. They covered the area thoroughly to minimize the chance of making a mess. Our clean-up after the installation was minimal. overall, excellent job!

Great job! Thanks to the gentleman who removed an ancient microwave and installed the new one. In addition, they taught my 91-year old grandmother how to use it!
