The team did a fast and efficient job removing the old microwave. The new microwave was missing a part and I am 2 weeks into getting that resolved but that wasn't this team's fault.

I like everything about this microwave, from the interior color to the detailed panel of possibilities. It is easy to use and even has a turntable button which I find very helpful especially when I need to reheat a casserole in an oblong glass dish. I would definitely recommend this microwave.

I thought I could install my own microwave, and I’m glad I did some research before the installers came. Do you want to vent vent in or out, they will be able to set that up. Do the old screws match up, do you need new bracket. Well worth the money, don’t correct the first time!

I got the Black Stainless OTR microwave to match my other appliances. It looks great. Is convection, but have to go online to learn how to use the convection feature properly. How about a simple cookbook with the delivery? Why is everything so complicated?

The microwave looks great installed. It is about a inch longer but the depth is must bigger than my old one. This microwave is stainless steel inside and out. My old LG cracked on the outside frame and the clock stopped. This one should not do that. I can make large dishes in this one that the old one.

The support members came as per the schedule and install the Microwave. They tested it and make sure it's working. They are friendly also. Since I have the Total tech support membership the installation is free.

The installer did a good job with my microwave. He was considerate of my property and brought a blanket with him, which he used to lay over the range so that it would not be damaged with the over the range installation. He also removed the range knobs so they would not be inadvertently damaged.
