The two installers were very nice and professional. They cleaned everything up afterward and made sure I was happy with how it looked. The only thing they forgot was making sure it was balanced so the door doesn't try to close when I need it to stay open but I would still recommend them.

When we purchased a new microwave recently, we opted to have the Geek Squad install it for us. That was a very smart decision on my part since the installation was more complex than I realized. The technician from Best Buy was very knowledgeable and installed the unit with care and efficiency.

Great service. He was on time and knew what he was doing. He explained how the microwave worked and set the clock for me. He took away the old microwave and cleaned up all the trash. Very polite and wore a mask the whole time.

Had my new LG microwave installed by Best Buy service team and the schedule for install was easy and installers showed up as scheduled and removed the old and installed the new one without creating any mess.

The installers did a fantastic job taking out the old microwave - which was very difficult. Then installed the new one. They were quick and very efficient. Thank you! To be clear, these installers were the second team sent out, the first installer could not remove the old microwave.

This is a replacement of the same model I had. Not really. Dark interior hard to see food inside, no rack, one lite bulb instead of two under to light range but more buttons such as “mute” which are good additions.

Install procedure did not make economic sense to me, but that is BestBuy's choice. Initial microwave was delivered with scratches on front. Installers said they were required to install micro and order replacement micro. When replacement arrived, they said they could not install, because the microwave had not been uninstalled. Now I have an uninstall date for the scratched item and another date for install of replacement item.

THIS IS A "SENSOR" MICROWAVE WHICH PERFORMS MUCH BETTER THAN MY OLD ONE. IN MY OPINION, THE PROCE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

It was quick, professional, and great!!! The tech called us a few minutes before he arrived and got the work done within 30 minutes including testing and checking to make sure everything was right. He took the old unit.

Only rated lower due to first attempt at installation. Service team departed residence without contacting me. Second attempt and Different Team - No issues! Well done and professional.

My installation went very well. The installer was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and draped stove and adjacent cabinets to prevent any damage to them. After the installation, he cleaned up after himself. I could get used to being treated to that level of service. Well done, Geek Squad!

Good, basic, functional microwave oven. It replaced an almost-identical unit that had lasted for about 10 years.

We were excited that our BestBuy Totaltech membership included a free installation for our microwave purchase. When the installation technician came to the house….he advise that the I might have to pay an extra $100 for the service.(depending on how easy or difficult). Of course after he installed it…he asked for the $100 installation fee. So much for a FREE installation .

I could’ve done it, but why? Had to buy a couple of special tools I’ll never use again. They were nice and fast and got rid of the old one. I’m so lazy.
