Our technician communicated with us before installation. He was on time. He was professionally efficient, friendly, and, answered any questions we had regarding the appliance.

Delivery and installation was on time, within the time frame as promised. The service company they've contracted with is extremely polite, prompt and does neat work.

The installers were great. They repaired the exhaust which had not been attached when the old microwave was installed. Glad to have it connected.

Best decision I made was to have both the over the range microwave and dishwasher installed. Everything was done so well. Enough installers came (3) so that it took 1 hour from start to finish and my kitchen was fully operational and old appliances were gone. I couldn’t be happier.

very efficient, fast and courteous installation process. Vacuumed the floors and wiped all surfaces when finished. The technicians wore masks and gloves at all times as well. Highly recommend!!

The men who installed my microwave were very professional. They arrived on time and did the installation and cleaned up the work area. They were great!

We replaced an older GE microwave partially because the one light was at the back of the unit and cast very little light on pans located on front burners of the stove. Number One requirement was lights at the front of the new GE unit - it also has two fan filters. Happy wife, happy life.
