the installers did a great job. very professional and neat job. they deserve more than 5 stars, the 4 stars is because of the scheduling problems. first install date no one showed up. when i called they said the item is not in yet we have to reschedule, would have been nice to know before loosing a day. on the install day the installer came but no microwave, they had to call to get it delivered while we waited. again the installer were great but the office i not.

Geek Squad figured out quickly where they had to make holes in the cabinet. Got it installed quickly and explained through out the process. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend using professionals in appliance installs.

Totally satisfied with every aspect of the delivery and installation of this microwave. (Uninstall and haul-away also.) I was kept notified of the delivery schedule and progress. Aaron and Louis (sp?) were an enjoyable team from the first greeting. Aaron answered all my questions through the process and made sure all was working perfectly before they left. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job of quickly installing the microwave.

The two guys who installed my microwave Julio and his helper were excellent. They took the time to repair and install the proper bracket that was needed to hold our microwave. They were courteous and prompt excellent workmanship and that b**** of a microwave works. I want Julio to become part of my care team. He took a bad situation that previous people from Best buy and change the whole outlook of the way I see total tech care . They did one hell of a job.

So far so good. It's working as advertised. Easy to install.

Fast installation/ no modifications needed On time delivery

The installation was done on time and efficiently.

The installers were very professional. They arrived on time, setup for the install, cleared the area, removed my old microwave and installed the new one very professionally. Cleaned up and hauled away the old microwave, then took the time to demonstrate the new one. Highly recommend them. It was well worth it.
