Install went smooth. The installers were on time and they followed the COVID-19 protocols. The only problem I had is that one of them didn’t speak or understand English the other barely spoke English.

Great device! The only thing I'd like to see improved is to have the keypad automatically light up when we get into proximity of it. It can be hard to see in low light. Fingerprints are an issue on the glass keypad.

Installers were very friendy and Install was on time and completed in a short time. No mess at all.

The installer did a great job. He was on time and protected the installation area as well as removed the packaging as part of the job.

The Microwave was a gift for my Aunt and she is very happy with this brand. She like that you can see the numbers on the panel better .

Great installer coming to install but the logistics around getting this scheduled was hell. My appointment goes canceled/rescheduled multiple times to an address issue that made no sense because they delivered my other appliance just a week before with no issues but getting a microwave install was miserable. I eventually went into a store and complained to a manager and the manager went out of his way to make the situation right.. He had a trusted tech come in on his day off and install on a Saturday first thing in the morning then followed up with a phone call after so that manager def redeemed the situation

I was afraid I would have to remove some backsplash tile. Installer measured and assured me it would be fine. Got lucky and didn’t have to drill new holes either!

Install and set up were incredibly easy and the team the put them in even fixed an issue we didnt know we had with our previous one

I was most pleased with the delivery of my microwave and the installation. The crew were on time and were efficient at the install. The microwave was a bit louder during operation then my previous microwave.

Like that microwave has buttons in the middle instead of side. Don’t like that I have to take rack out to fit a lot of things like bag of popcorn to microwave.

Since this is null I figured it was for the installation. The installation on my product came from Sterling, the local installation guy at the best buy in Las Cruces. He did a fantastic job with his partner, whose name I cannot remember. Professional and quick. Great service.

Best Buy delivery people are the best! They are fast, efficient and friendly. And they take away your old stuff.

I was amazed how fast the installer had my new Samsung OTR microwave mounted and ready to use. I had decided to do it myself with my last one and ended up spending hours doing it. My back hurt for weeks. Never again. Let the pros do it for a minimal charge.

Initial installation never happened (no phone call, no show). Best Buy promptly scheduled Geek Squad to come out and install. (Don't know who was scheduled the first time) These two guys were great. Very professional, very thorough, cleaned up everything.

Great microwave EXCEPT that we have not found a way to pre-program quick/common cook times to the number buttons. Not sure if you can/can't but the owners manual doesn't show anything about how to do it. Otherwise we love it.

I wish they were more efficient in cleaning after them. Also, they promised me a receipt with their contacts if something went wrong, and I never received it and I checked my emails and the spam folder and there is nothing.

Steve was very nice and professional. He was understanding why I was frustrated when the product did not work.

The men were very proficient and professional in their installation of my new microwave. I was also very impressed that they wore booties over their footwear so as not to soil my rugs or flooring. They did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly.
