The exhaust fan on this unit is a-mazing! I can literally watch the fumes being sucked into the unit when I'm deep frying or stir frying stuff with oil or grease. The microwave is functional and the build quality is -- meh! In all, an okay functional product.

The two guys that came to install our new microwave were nice enough, however, we are not 100% pleased with the installation. First off, when they took off our old microwave, they busted a nice size 3 inch hole in the wall that ripped an additional SEAM 4 inches North FROM the hole. They covered it up with a piece of "aluminum foil" tape. They installed the microwave but after they left, we noticed that it was butted up so close to the cabinet above it that a 1 1/2 inch irregular crack is now present on the front of my cabinet on the right side, where it is the tightest. To make things worse, we think they forgot to put in one of the metal filters on the top where the air blows out. We now have to go back to best buy to see if only one filter is suppose to be there or two. Unfortunately, this company does not send their best workers like Best Buy does. I so wish that the Geek Squad could learn how to install microwaves. In any case, we are not pleased at all and now we have a damaged wall AND a damaged cabinet. We are now afraid to have the company come and fix both situations. We believe it will be worse than it already is. Unfortunately, we will never purchase anything through Best Buy that uses a 3rd party to install. We feel bad about that because we have had nothing but fantastic installations in the past year with the purchase of our two TVs and washing machine. Sorry Best buy, get another company to take care of your customers who purchase microwaves and need them installed. This company you have now is mediocre at best.

The installation crew was here when scheduled and did an amazing good setting it up and explaining the features. Keep the area clean and respectful of the family.

we are all good now but did have to call for a second install. the first installers did not do it right. but our sales rep Darryl was awesome and it's all good now

If you are somewhat handy at all you can do this yourself. I was told it was a lengthy process so I paid them to do it. Come to find out, it takes about 10 minutes and you only drill two small holes. Not very complicated at all. Save yourself the $119 dollars or so.

I was struggling on finding a good fridge but finally found this one and don’t regret it!

After the install I noticed a significant offset of the door. Just as the installers were leaving I asked them to have a look, They saw it and said that it was damaged. They documented it and called the store mgr and setup the replacement. Cant complain. Its being replaced.

I’m getting older and the thought of taking down our old microwave and then getting rid of it responsibily was daunting. Then I’d have to install the new one. No thank you. Best Buy delivered and installed our new microwave. This is the way to go.

This is the second time I've paid BB to deliver and install a built in appliance. Each time the two-man crew were very professional and courteous. They are careful with everything they do, and always clean up their messes before they leave. Great job Best Buy.
