The technicians were quick to replace the microwave. They were done in about 30 minutes.

Installers did a good job but did not really seal the vent hood to my exhaust vent properly.

This microwave/convection oven is awesome. I have baked cakes, pies and meats. It has been excellent to use this oven instead of my regular one. The installation was very professional and quick

The delivery team was great. I wish they were able to reinstall some trim that had to be removed but otherwise they did a quick install.

The man that came to install the over the range microwave was very nice and did a great job. The unit itself did not come with the panel to attach the unit to the cabinet. So it really made his job more time consuming. But over all a great job by the technician .

The Geek Squad installed my over the range microwave. They called the night before and the day of the installation. They arrived on time, did a great job with the install, kept the area clean and removed all packaging and trash when they were finished.

Install was good. Whoever makes install appointments needs to rethink how installs are routed. Guys needed to be a little cleaner. Still cleaning up saw dust everytime the door is opened is opened and closed.

It's a handy service for seniors, but was a bit expensive just to have a microwave placed on the countertop. Service technician was friendly and professional.

I love my new microwave. The inside is a dark color so the cooked on food does not stick and is easily remove.

This microwave functions only adequately - the beeping cannot be turned off or the sound lowered; there is only 1 express button - a 30-second one. The appearance is satisfactory but it is unfortunate that a microwave of this price range leaves so much to be desired. We were given incorrect information regarding the express buttons so we didn't know. As to the sound function - the ability to turn off is available on most models.

The guys did a great job. There were parts missing from my microwave, but they took care of ordering them, and I had them within a few weeks

The installer was fabulous! Only thing I disliked was after the installation I discovered the product was dented on the left side. I know the installer had to see it when installing it but failed to mention.

I purchased the installation. They were great. Came in & installed my over the range microwave & new range in about an hour. Cleaned everything up before they left and made sure everything was working.
