Very pleased with the new Samsung microwave. Perfect fit to replace the old one and it works extremely well.

It was easy. They installers came and put it up. The first microwave was scratched but the came back and replaced it with a new one

The installer was pleasant, and he quickly removed the old microwave and installed the new one. He kept mess to a minimum so nothing in the kitchen was disturbed.

James was very nice! He encountered some problems installing the microwave because the opening was not square. He was also very personable.

Really exceed my expectations. I don't give a 5 stars due to the fact that when the cooking time ends there is no beep or alarm to let you know.

They were great with the installation. Only complaint is when they removed the old microwave and put it in the box that the new one came in, they forgot to pull out the owner's manual and leave it for me. I have no manual for my new microwave.

I took the old one down before they got here. The guys were friendly punctual and professional. They had it up and cleaned everything and were out the door in 30 minutes. Very satisfied and I recommend them highly.

Wow, what a great experience from scheduling the appointment to completion of the installation. Everyone was so pleasant, professional, experienced. What else can I say - EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. I'll always use Best Buy for any future installation needs.

I was told prior to order that delivery/install/haulaway were in one visit,( over range microwave). This is important for seniors and handicapped individuals who cant drag a 60 lb unit in on delivery, waiting for install next day. **THis order took 3 hours total on the phone, and didnt get what was promised**. Even when placing order I was told this by 3 more representatives. Placed order and was told that he was having problems getting the install/haulaway on the same order. But not to worry and transferred me to another rep to place that order but it would coordinate. That rep also said yes, one visit, placed order and then transferred me for "registering" to a dial tone. I recalled in with my order number to the install department who found the install order, but then said that the first rep should have done on one order and that to get it right I should re-order correctly. They couldnt cancel, so transferred me to the order department.. I was then told that they couldnt cancel the order-too late/already in process-this was about 45 minutes into my 3 hours. I was then told that because the order was in two separate orders that my haul-away would not be $14.99 but something like $99. She had to get a supervisor to approve the $14.99. Knowing that there would be a delivery prior to installation I was told to call UPS to have them deliver inside. When I got the tracking number I called UPS who said NO, that would have to be ordered that way from the shipper(BestBuy). Frustrated. I only got the unit put into the apartment out of the good grace of UPS deliveryman. Also knew it was coming because "I" have a security gate and they have to call to get through so I could see deliveryman coming. BestBuy came next day for installation and that was GREAT. Haul-away worked fine as well. .

Love every time the Best Buy techs come out. They are always very friendly and on time. They help me and explain all the things I need to know about the products. They never make me feel rushed and answer all of my questions.

Service scheduled for Thu, May 25 between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. I don't think its right to make someone wait 7 am - 7 pm for a scheduled appointment. It should be a 4 hour window. On the first installation date the installers never showed up. It was installed the next day. The microwave was installed improperly.

This microwave functions beautifully! It’s easy to operate, I just wish it was a little brighter in the inside, but we are happy with this purchase! Our delivery team was excellent!

The guys came into my home and immediately put on booties to protect my floor. They covered my stove with a blanket, and cleaned up every bit of mess. They also went over operation of my microwave. Very pleased, worth the money.

Crew was helpful and professional. Removed and recycled my old microwave
