Geek squad installed microwave quickly. Gave a short demo on special features also. Cleaned up area and took old microwave and box with them.

I wasn't looking for a microwave that did great popcorn, but I found one anyway. My old microwave was really powerful, so I was somewhat fearful of the 1000 watt rating on this one, However it is just as fast as my old one or faster.

Outstanding!! They knew exactly what they were doing. They were arrived on time, installed the microwave without a hitch and then they left. The whole thing took < 15 min. Impressive.

Good overall microwave, i just wish you could use the timer while cooking something at the same time.

The installer was very knowledgeable and creative to fit the microwave into the space. A board had to be removed . The installer did that and left no evidence. It looked great.

Install was quick and the crew was professional and on time. Could have done it myself, but easier with 2 people, so appreciated having someone do it for me.

In opposition to my refrigerator install, this install did not go over as smoothly. The installers did not communicate with me much at all, though they were fast, and hauled away my old microwave without even notifying me, which was a problem as I wanted to keep it, and so I had to call Best Buy and pick it up myself. Quick service, but definitely needed more communication.

I'm so please to have another Best Buy appliance installed in my home. They are professional and in the case of my OTR microwave the were able to tell me why the first one failed after five years...they didn't take the tape off the internal vent!

They arrived and had the job done quickly! Our other Microwave was mounted uneven and they even re-drilled the holes in the tile to correct the other installers mistake. Quick, Clean, and affordable.

Installation crew was outstanding and professional. They had my dishwasher, range, refrigerator, and microwave installed in about an hour. They hauled away my old appliances as well.

The family is always using the microwave. When it was broken we were at a lost. We didn’t re as luxe how much we used the microwave in our daily lives.
