In light of the pandemic, I really did not want strangers in the house--they were excellent. They were masked, had booties in my house and were quick, efficient and thorough in cleaning up afterwards.

Great customer service. Since the first microwave was received damaged they were immediately on the phone with me and letting me know it was going to be delayed very apologetic

Jeffrey was very thorough and professional. He was very kind. I was nervous the microwave would not fit, but Jeffrey made it fit perfectly. He completed the job in a timely manner.

The install of my microwave was great. I thought it was going to be difficult and the guys did it with ease. Very professional

I could tell they didn’t want to put in extra work to hang the microwave (had to drill through crappy tile). I begged them nicely and they did it. Very nice guys. Not as fun as my dishwasher and stove guys.

I'm very grateful that this service is offered as I would not have been able to install the microwave on my own. My person ended up not having assistance so that was unfortunate for him, but he still did a good job on his own.

They messed up the first microwave at the top and then brought a new one it still has a little bulge at the top but not as bad as the first one

Installers were a cut above any other install experience we have ever had. Great care with everything.

Home delivery, installation, and haul away all went well for us. The man doing the work knew the product and took care of the external ventilation-exhaust.

Technicians were timely, knew what they were doing, and left my kitchen clean.

Sycamore plumbing did our installation. Mark was a super nice guy and knowledgeable about everything. He’s a live by the book type of guy and honest about everything.

They were able to remove the old microwave and put the new one up with no problem.

Installers forgot to remove vinyl covers over vents. (Labeled: Remove before using) I discovered them when one moved and I got stool to reinstall, after a week!

The device is easy to use and easy to clean. The functions are intuitive to use.

Well, it got installed and a month later still is up on the wall so so far so good. Probably a little expensive for what he actually did but better than doing it myself. On time and communication for delivery and install window was accurate.

Jay was the best. If it wete not for him..it would still be sitting. He was careful to protect my new stove and to insurw no mess was left. Wish he could do all my installs.
