Great appliance! I use my “Mickey Microwave” daily! Perfect for quick reheating too!

Very friendly / effecient and professional. Took the time to make sure it fit correctly and was level.

The installers came on time and were very professional. They removed the old and installed the new microwave in less than 30 minutes. They took the time to go over the features and asked me if I had any questions regarding use.

Definitely recommend BestBuy to keep considering these guys for installations. They go above and beyond. Other contractors have told me they weren't hired to remove my exisiting appliances.

Best Buy installers John Fernandez and Nick (don't know last name) were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They bundled all the wires neatly (not expected) ran wires thru wall and cleaned up so much so, you couldn't tell the were here

the guy was really nice and courteous. He showed me how to change the filter, use the main functions, and even changed the time on the clock. the only thing is that it's about 1/4" off center. can't really see it unless you stare. :(

Excellent service...the first two Samsung microwave/grill combos were defective...I'm happy to report tha BestBuy came through in the end. HINT: STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I probably could have installed this microwave with a little help from my friends, but opted to use Best Buy's service. The two men were very efficient, professional, and careful to keep everything clean throughout the brief process.

The old bolts from previous installation were stripped and Geek Squad did not have the tools to remove so second appointment was needed. Job done quickly and efficiently o second visit.
