The guys did a great job installing the microwave. They had to drill holes on the cabinet above and left the wood grain dust for me to clean up, but was a quick in and out procedure.

The installation was fairly simple although I think that Best Buy could have done a more accurate job of installing this product it came out a bit angled and leaning on one end showing a spacing on my kitchen top

I was told two men were needed to install the microwave, but only one showed up and he was able to do the job. I did help hold the paper template for the drill holes, but I'm sure he could have managed without me.

This microwave it great. We love the popcorn function and how it will stop when finished popping. This microwave also does a great job of hearing up food and will stop if it senses the food it getting too hot. We love it!

We recently had on over the range microwave installed. Everything went smoothly and covid guidelines followed closely. Installers were on time and left home clean.

The technician came to the house when promised and uninstalled our over the stove microwave, and then installed our new one. He did not make a mess and left everything clean. Very knowledgeable too.

The over the range microwave was to be installed by a third party who never showed up on the appointment date. The Best Buy national telephone number customer service reps kept telling me it was on the truck and it wasn’t even picked up by the third party at the Best Buy store. I went to Best Buy 2 days later and one of the managers set a new appointment date for 1 week later. When the third party arrived, they removed my old microwave, drilled holes to install the new microwave only to tell me the new microwave was too long so I would have to get a different microwave.So they took my old microwave, so I had no microwave for 2 weeks, they left the wood shavings on my brand new stove top, which they did not even over before removing the old microwave and attempting to put new microwave in. WHAT A FIASCO on these third parties.
