The gentleman that came were professional, prompt and quick.

Installer was on time - called prior to arrival. When right to work. knew what he was doing. Adjusted to level front to back & side to side. Very polite. Cleaned up after drilling holes.

This is an amazing stove oven combo. It’s got awesome blue lights that let you know if the gas is on. Very state of the art appliance. I am going to enjoy using it

The over the range microway was installed with minimal mess. He made it look so easy. Yea for Best Buy for choosing the best installers.

I had so much trouble scheduling this because after the return of the first product, the lady mistakenly forgot to schedule the installation when she said she did and I was waiting 4 hours for it. I was moving out of the house so it was super stressful. Then when they did reschedule it was cancelled last minute. I had to take time off work then to wait for another technician. The final install was great - the scheduling service was horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I was so impressed with the efficiency of the installer. He say he had been installing microwaves for quite sometime. He covered everything so nothing could get damaged and was in and out within 40 minutes.

Love the new over the range microwave. My only reason not giving a perfect 5 is there are no express button options nor beverage button which is standard.

2 guys came and removed my old microwave, and put the new one up in a couple minutes. They cleaned everything up after too. Would definitely recommend having them do it instead of yourself
