It's a microwave. I liked the dial feature on my prior model. The door handle feels flimsy. But...it microwaves. The color is nice.

Our Best Buy technician installed this unit super fast and did a great job. Saved us a ton of time and made it look easy. Very satisfied with the work. Well worth the extra money we paid.

They took my existing microwave down. Installed the new one and even moved the old microwave into the garage for my girlfriend. Did a great job explaining the basic uses of the microwave to her.

Microwave is nice. Instalation job was completed and is good. But scheduling is is not good.

I needed two things from Best Buy. I needed a Water filter for my refrigerator from Best Buy and a flashlight.. Had good luck being able to get both items.

The Geek Squad team member who installed my microwave did a terrific job. He had to slightly adapt the underside of my cabinet for an over-the-stove installation and did a perfect job.

Definitely worth it. He had to drill holes, hold the microwave awkwardly in place to get it in its spot. I would’ve never been able to.

Like the microwave but the fan does not appear to fit properly. I am thinking I need to have someone come out and adjust it.
