It looks nice, but... LOUSY printed instructions for use (very vague, Not intuitive) The menu is awkward. And touch does not work much of the time. Be aware that this microwave makes up for it's "small" size by being much wider on the depth measurement.

It’s such a great value to have the ability to hire Best Buy and their team to install appliances for you! I wouldn’t have done it any other way!

The crew was very professional and did a great job of installing our new microwave and removing the old one.

While I understand the installation crew is expected to perform their task within a certain amount of time, the installation crew rushed to the point the installer had to take the microwave back down, because I pointed out the unit was decidedly tilted when installed, The installer then took it back down and determined he used the prior hole for the power cord, which was inappropriately placed for this new unit. He then took the unit down, cut a new power cord hole, then put the unit back up. It turns out, he placed the mounting strip on the wall just a little too high, which causes the unit to angle down at the front of the unit, where the unit and the front edge of the upper cabinet meet. The problem is, the mounting strip on the back wall would have to be moved an amt less than the width of the screw, so a new hole couldn't be drilled. We will have to live w/that gap in the front. If the installer wouldn't have been in such a rush, this could've been avoided.
