The installer was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and did an awesome job.

Extremly frustrating service because it never happened after it was paid for. Twice got cancelled without notification loosing two days of work waiting for the installation team to arrive and they never did without notice. Calling the call center multiple times with no response this is a complete lack of respect for the customer. After 30 days I was able to cancelled the service order for a refund and had to hire someone else for the installation portion. Very dissapointed. I will never buy anything from best buy again.

Had to wait 5 weeks after purchase for installation. 2 men were in and out in under 20 minutes - then I discovered they had detached my taped down vent cover so cold air was coming into the cabinet above the microwave. Then the doors scraped the top of the new micro. It took 3+ weeks for 2 others to return to fix it to the way it was supposed to be done.

Thecgentleman that deliverd my micro wave also did the installation. He was very efficient, and picked up after he finished. Never knew he did any work.

They were good however we scheduled install to be in the morning and Best Buy scheduled them for the afternoon, Not their fault
