Would have given a 5 but we were given a window for install of between 8am and noon. Repairman showed up at 12:45 but did an EXCELLENT job on the install.

We are pleased with our microwave. We had to have the turn table motor replaced. That was covered under warranty.

Guys were great, efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

Unlike the old Samsung this one is easy to use. My wife is not the best with technology & this one fits her desires very well.

Delivery came quick! The installation process was very organized and fast.

The installation was a mess from the beginning and I'll try to spare you the details. But my installation was rescheduled at minimum, seven times as the installers either would show up and incompetent (not the having the tools to install on tile backsplash) or were just an absolute no show. Once the installation happened, it was a shotty job (the tile part was fine) as the contractors did the bare minimum and left a huge mess for me to clean up. In addition, they didn't even try to restructure the current hole (from a circle to a rectangle opening). I am just not pleased with the BB service and feel like they dropped the ball on several occasions and NOBODY is taking responsibility.

Install was easy and fast. Definitely recommend instead of doing it yourself.

Technician was excellent very capable and curious.
