although my microwave was delivered on time and installed quickly, the delivery team was not sure how to answer my questions on how it workes

Arrived on time and were efficient. Some parts were missing and Total Tech was useless.

The 3rd party vendor is a joke. No delivery was made during window and after 3 transfers vendor said Best Buy should have called. Went to store since BB CX had no answers and could not help. BB employee/manager showed me the 3rd party vendor claimed there was damage to the item and the box only had a slight hole in a corner. Waited 30 mins could not reschedule had to wait 6 days without a working oven (since my old one was in garage). Also there was supposed to be my microwave delivered, but that somehow got split, so now I’m awaiting that delivery and install. I was also told these 3rd party complaints never reaches above the regional leadership, so I hope someone at the executive level gets a chance to address. The BB CX or Operations Executive who decided to go with these 3rd party delivery groups instead of Geek squad associates needs to understand the reason you are losing sales and loyalty for larger cost items, if you can’t execute on an oven microwave, then why should we trust anything else. The washer/dryer and fridge I bought and had delivered by Herk squad was timely and easy. I could go on about this 3 week fiasco of dealing with deliver mixups and delays, but I will see if anyone gets this at the Executive level and actually takes action at their level instead of blaming their store and department managers. If I don’t hear anything back I will see about escalating thru social media channels next

He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He was able to give me some tips. Very nice guy. Having a pro do the installation was well worth the money.

Three men came and got right to work. They had a system worked out and everything went smoothly. Way better than the two of us trying to install it.

They did an excellent job... not only installation they make sure work perfect and leave clean... all the mess they cleaned before to leave. I love these people ❤️
