Not Great

Convection feature works pretty well, but I'm very disappointed with the air fry feature. It's not fast and doesn't let you set the temp. Very frustrating.

Never again

Paid for delivery and install for a microwave and the 2 guys who came to install told me that I would have to pay an extra 120 dollars because they need to do “additional work”. No additional work was done, I watched them do the full install. I called best buy customer service and they told me not to pay those guys. The installation men made a huge fuss, left some of their tools, told me they’d take away my old microwave at no charge because they had space (they ended up leaving it), and they didn’t say goodbye, nothing. Poor service I would never recommend.
