Electrical malfunction protection needed

Questionable use of convection oven

The people that delivered it to me told me it was Ill advised to use the metal shelves that came with the microwave. He said it would cause an arc and warranty did not cover that. I am disappointed that I paid extra money for the convection since the men that delivered recommended I not use the metal racks.
