    Two attempts unsuccessful. First attempt, my fault, the wall vent was off by 1". Second attempt, the crew couldn't get the oven installed level or straight, and their tools were inadequate for the job. I took some more time and tweaked a few bits, and got it properly installed myself.

    The technicians should have checked that the microwave was properly working before they left. The microwave is working because I tested it after they left. They left pretty quickly without resting or offering to test it
