Have a older home, found the perfect size and it looks great.

We had our LG microwave professionally installed when delivered. It would have taken me longer to do it myself. The 2 installers were so quick since they do this frequently. They unpacked & hauled away the packing the boxes along with the microwave & we were ready to use our new microwave…It’s completely worth the extra cost.

Just replaced my old microwave. The Bespoke microwave was installed by Best Buy. There was a problem installing the new microwave, but the installers were able to resolve the install problem and get the microwave into the space of the old microwave.

The Techs did a Wonderful Job awhile we had a few laughs. Great Guys and very Professional and Supportive on guidance on how to operate the Microwave. They did a great job on clean-up and very fast efficient install. Very Pleased! I would definitely buy again and recommend Best Buy for any purchase! We will be back!

Great microwave above a gas oven. Installation was easy and it will probably last 11 years just like the one we originally had.

The microwave is great! We have noticed that microwave popcorn comes out better, and we are looking forward to being able to use the upgraded exhaust on this microwave. Which brings me to the install... the guys were not prepared (no step ladder, no protective cloth) and they left a mess all over our counter/range. We had to do laundry and clean the kitchen after the left! They also did not test the microwave before they left, and when I got home I tested the exhaust fan. It was not connected to the duct work properly, so a giant cloud of sawdust from drilling the holes blew out into my face and all over the counters/range/floor/sink. It's like a hurricane coming out from above and the sides of the microwave. I called Best Buy, and they contacted the crew who said they would come back after the install they were working on. I never heard from them. I had to schedule a new appointment, 3 weeks later, and I asked for a different crew. Those guys showed up, took the microwave down and said there was supposed to be a piece clipped into the microwave that would allow the exhaust duct to attach. Since the first crew didn't leave any parts, I am now having to do an exchange, which is scheduled for 10 days later. I purchased this item online on Dec 3, 2022; maybe it will be installed correctly on January 9th after a 3rd attempt?

The guys who did the installation were polite & extremely professional! They had a difficult installation due to the backsplash being installed with the tile installers removing the prior MW before installing the tile. The guys did a great job (& cleaned up their mess)

We bought an Over-the-Range Microwave from Best Buy and had the Best Buy Geek Squad install it. 2 Guys from Best Buy installed it and we were very impressed with their service! They were polite and worked together wonderfully as a team. After they installed it, they checked to make sure it was working correctly. They made sure that we were satisfied with the installation and even gave us tips on how to use it. I wish we had got their names, because I want to be sure that Best Buy is aware of these great employees!

I was buying Samsung kitchen appliances. But, I have switched to Whirlpool. I have bought a range-oven, dishwasher, and now a new microwave. Overall Whirlpool quality is good and the price is usually a bit better. Features are good. The door seems a bit flimsy. The interior light is a bit dim. Overall, very good.
