Not happy

The next time he had the bit but broke three and charged us $150 extra. Haven’t used it yet.

Thumbs down for "Professional Installation"

(Admitted by the 'installer' himself) Thankfully, my husband and I had! We had to read the instructions to him so that he could complete the job! The microwave got installed, our cabinet has about 8 "extra" holes in it, and the venting would have been a fire hazard had we not insisted that he take the microwave back down and do the modification to the fan for proper front venting! Once again, showing him the instructions in the installation manual! We PAID extra for a 'Professional Installer", certainly DID NOT get one! Our advice: If it isn't a trained Geek Squad installer and they tell you it will be a third party installer.....just have the item delivered your appliance or pick it up yourself and find your own reputable installer. It will save you frustration, save your cabinets, and likely save your house from burning down! Gave this Installation Review 2 stars, only because the installer was a nice guy, though nice doesn't mean you can do the job.

Disappointed with first crew

They sent a second tech out who did a great job. This is the first time I had trouble with a Best Buy Installation. As with any service that comes to your home you have to expect occasional problems, but Best Buy makes it right.
