It was the absolute worst installation ever, I cannot believe Best Buy uses this company. We were so excited to get our new appliances but the delivery was the worst we have ever experienced. From the moment they got to my house, the guys were unbelievably rude. They left appliances at my house they were supposed to take, they would not listen to me or look at my receipt, they were right & we were wrong at one point the guy said he would not deal with me anymore only my husband and when they left I tried to sign the paperwork and he walked right by me, gave it to my husband and said your nice to him & gave me a dirty look. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Best Buy uses contractor to deliver and install products. Communication between contractor warehouse and. Bestbuy service providers not reliable. Several botched deliveries with failure to notify. Finally delivered but not installed until following week. Actual installation satisfactory Very poor logistics and service

Installers were on time, very clean, and worked quickly. I would give five stars but they did not leave the manual.

Thought it was missing fan as it turnabout that is the design.

installer called on day of installation(2/1) and asked me a favor because of the weather he wanted to reschedule. We rescheduled for 2/5 between 1 & 3pm. I received a call that morning from the store asking how my installation went. I tried to call back and there is just no way to talk to any live person at the store(frustrating) I knew something was wrong because they didn't know it had not been installed yet. I remembered I had the installer's phone number in my phone. I called "Bill" and got voice mail @ approx. 10:30 am. No return call so I called again @ 1pm which is when my appointment was....Bill was clueless didn't remember me or anything about our appointment and was at another job!! He had to squeeze me in ! He finally made it at 4:30. I'm glad I didn't have plans. I must say that Bill was very sorry for what happened but, I paid $170 for this installation and it was a nightmare! I need to purchase a washer/dryer...… not sure I will return because of this.

One of my best install experiences. All comes down to the person and he was excellent.
