Perfect install . Fit perfectly and leveled right ! Worth the money

Privy made the installation eadiet and practical for the installers

All they did was just plug it in to the outlet. I had a special shelf made for it. Not much to it.

Installation team did not seem to have much experience installing built-in microwaves. While they initially said that the microwave and trim kit did not fit the space, they installed it anyway and left a 1" gap in the cabinetry. I was charged a $75 service fee when they did not have the correct sized blocking for the frame and had to run to a nearby hardware store. And then they cracked the trim kit in several places, said it was "defective" and would need to be replaced. Since the microwave did not fit and the trim kit was cracked, I decided to return everything. It was just as challenging to get the microwave uninstalled, as different teams showed up, one before for pick up before the microwave was uninstalled. The crew that did the un-installation had different orders from my store receipt to return the microwave but not the trim kit. After many calls between the store and the large appliance customer service team it's been about 8 weeks for this ordeal to be done. I decided to go with a different company to purchase the microwave and installation. While I will say the Best Buy team in-store was super helpful and accommodating, there was just a lot of friction and poor communication with the installation team.
