The guys who did the installation were polite & extremely professional! They had a difficult installation due to the backsplash being installed with the tile installers removing the prior MW before installing the tile. The guys did a great job (& cleaned up their mess)

The installation of our new GE Profile above range MW oven was excellently performed. Install tech Richard was knowledgeable and experienced in providing a quality installation and brief introduction to its operation.

The Techs did a Wonderful Job awhile we had a few laughs. Great Guys and very Professional and Supportive on guidance on how to operate the Microwave. They did a great job on clean-up and very fast efficient install. Very Pleased! I would definitely buy again and recommend Best Buy for any purchase! We will be back!

Installation was excellent. My issue was i understood delivery was included in the cost of installation, but the delivery charge was added. Had i known, i would have picked it up when i was at the store

Had Best Buy install new over-the-range microwave oven. Installers showed up on schedule, removed old one and replaced with new one in a very short time even though they had to drill new holes in cabinets. Never had a problem with Best Buy's installers.

The installation crew were excellent very professional they came right in and went to work removed the old items and installed the new ones cleaned up any mess and gave instructions as they checked operation. Couldn’t be any happier

The two gentleman who installed our two new appliances did a great job. They checked everything out, explained how things worked, and were respectful of our time. It was easy to schedule the installation.

My unit was installed by a 3rd party provider for Best Buy and the overall installation was very good. He removed an old microwave and installed the new one. The technician was friendly and professional. The only thing that kept me from rating the installation as 5 stars was that I felt that he could have cleaned up better. He left wood shavings in the cabinet where he drilled out for the electrical cord to access a receptacle.

I was notified prior to their arrival. The installation was done professionally and quickly, with little mess and old microwave taken.

The microwave is great! We have noticed that microwave popcorn comes out better, and we are looking forward to being able to use the upgraded exhaust on this microwave. Which brings me to the install... the guys were not prepared (no step ladder, no protective cloth) and they left a mess all over our counter/range. We had to do laundry and clean the kitchen after the left! They also did not test the microwave before they left, and when I got home I tested the exhaust fan. It was not connected to the duct work properly, so a giant cloud of sawdust from drilling the holes blew out into my face and all over the counters/range/floor/sink. It's like a hurricane coming out from above and the sides of the microwave. I called Best Buy, and they contacted the crew who said they would come back after the install they were working on. I never heard from them. I had to schedule a new appointment, 3 weeks later, and I asked for a different crew. Those guys showed up, took the microwave down and said there was supposed to be a piece clipped into the microwave that would allow the exhaust duct to attach. Since the first crew didn't leave any parts, I am now having to do an exchange, which is scheduled for 10 days later. I purchased this item online on Dec 3, 2022; maybe it will be installed correctly on January 9th after a 3rd attempt?

The contractor that was sent to install the microwave did an excellent job and left no mess. The new microwave was up and running in less than 30 minutes.

The guys showed up on time and they even gave us a heads-up with an approximate time earlier. They were very courteous and the installation was quick and fast. Everything was done right.

The installers unfortunately didn't level the microwave such that the door always swings shut when you're trying to put something into it. This is annoying when placing food into or taking food out of the microwave

Nice looking microwave but a downgrade from my GE Pro one that it replaced. The installers were so sweet and professional and had this installed for me quickly and correctly so a big thank you to them!
