They came in and did a great job, very quick. 3 people. So, they all worked together to get it done. Scheduling was a bit of a nightmare. They scheduled a time and then called to confirm that day, but with a completely different time slot. So, I had to cancel and reschedule. Then called back again to schedule, got a new time and they ended up showing up earlier. In the end it was fine, but it did take a while to get them actually at the house to get it done.

Fast, clean, polite and efficient! Did a great job.

This is my second GE microwave. My first one lasted 17 years. It meets all of my expectations. The people who installed it were very courteous, careful and made sure everything was clean when they left. I'm very pleased.

I had a Frigidaire over the range microwave for 18 years which worked fine until mid March this year. I purchased another Figidaire over the range microwave at Best Buy the end of March to replace it. The new one is just as wondeful as the last one. Besst Buy delivered it on time and installed it perfectly.

I would like to compliment the guy and company that install my new whirlpool Microwave. they did a good job, very professional, respectful and knowledgeable and give me tips in cleaning my microwave and my other appliances that prove to be useful.

The best microwave ever! It looks amazing and cooks evenly. The salesman in the Best Buy store knew everything about the microwave and even had the correct part I could order for a filler to make a perfect fit in my cabinets. The delivery guys were great a 10+ .

The two gentleman who installed our two new appliances did a great job. They checked everything out, explained how things worked, and were respectful of our time. It was easy to schedule the installation.

This microwave is wonderful. Surprised I made such a good pick with only being able to see a little about it on line. When I went to the store, it was in stock, shock of all shocks, so was delivered and installed quickly. So glad because our old one quit working completely.

Best Buy installed a new Over-the-Range microwave for me on January 9, 2021. They were excellent! They arrived when they said they would, installed the microwave quickly, and took all the trash and my old microwave with them. They were in and out of my house in half an hour. They were also very courteous and wore masks. I was very impressed and will definitely hire Best Buy to install any future purchases that require installation. Thank you!

Great microwave above a gas oven. Installation was easy and it will probably last 11 years just like the one we originally had.

Was pretty upset with how things were dealt with by the Lone Star appliance third party company. Best Buy described how COVID precautions would be taken and that the company would call a day prior to narrow down the time frame for installation. They called but the time frame was 7 AM to 1 PM and they couldn’t narrow it down when asked. When they arrived, there were no masks or COVID safety precautions taken. They didn’t wear booties or protect my floor as Best Buy said they would! I asked them if they could wear disposable booties and they asked me if I had any (obviously I don’t). When they left, my hardwood floor was scuffed, dusty, and permanently damaged (I can’t clean off their marks). The installation itself was very quick (~ 20 minutes in and out). It was installed with the door frame not totally flushed (looked slightly lopsided) too. They were friendly overall but not professional. They didn’t pick up my calls after the visit when I wanted to ask if they could come and fix the door frame.
