This is my second GE microwave. My first one lasted 17 years. It meets all of my expectations. The people who installed it were very courteous, careful and made sure everything was clean when they left. I'm very pleased.

We purchased an over the range LG microwave. The guys who delivered our first unit (Mark & Adam) were great! They were on time, put on protective footwear to not mar our floors, and took great care to install our microwave carefully. Afterward, they handed us the manuals, warranty info, explained the operation and answered questions. Due to an electrical issue, we had to have it exchanged a week later. Enter team #2 (Mike & Kenny). Once again, very professional, knowledgable and thorough. They took the same care not to mar my floors, countertop or stovetop surfaces. The geek squad installation service is worth every penny to be sure it's done right. Amazing staff!!!

We chose to use the Geek Squad to install our over the range replacement microwave. We paid almost as much for the installation as we did for the microwave. After watching the work they did, which was very good, in fact excellent, I still felt like we paid about twice what we should have for the installation. The folks who came out and did the installation we're professional, courteous and very thorough and clean at what they did. Would not hesitate to use them again but would hesitate to pay the price. Their communication with us with outstanding as was their work and the time they spent in our house. They were great!

My installers from Best-Buy were prompt, knew what they were doing & removed my old microwave, & installed new one & finished the job in 18 minutes, including clean-up! Perfect!

The microwave I bought replaced one that fit over my stove and was purchased 20 years ago. It fit perfectly and has more useful features than my old one. The technician who installed it was on time, efficient, and friendly. He took the old microwave away. The whole experience was great. Everything went smoothly, and I love my new microwave!

The two workmen called in advance to let me know when they would arrive. They were on time, professional, polite, and had the installation done very quickly. It was all seamless. I would recommend purchasing the installation service from Best Buy.

The installation of our new micro-wave went as smooth as you could ask. The installer arrived on time and was here for about 1/2 hour. He took the old micro-wave down and out to the garage and installed the new one. He showed us how to operate the new one and was on his way. A very pleasant person and was very neat. He left nothing to clean up when he left.
