VERY POOR install with unconcerned installers

Rotating the venting blower was tricky the first time. The salesman suggested as a total tech member i have it installed for free. i agreed. They arrived and had a problem rotating vent blower. Clearlt this was a new experience. I got involved and it was taking some time. They got frustrated ignored my experience with it and then tried to force it in which i stopped. Then they complained about the time. Finally one of them lifted unit to install. I told them To stop and have both lift in and I would put the install screws in so they would not damage the cabinet. “We do this every day” they said and the installer proceeded to chip my cabinet. no apologies. i waited 3 days to hear from Best Buy…..nothing. When I called they said they had no received the photo yet from installers but would get back to me in a few days. It’s been a week……nothing. I am obviously a fan of Best Buy as a total Tech but the install contractors are terrible.
