microwave installation

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well he was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing but after he left and I looked up inside my cabinet he had busted out the bottom shelf of my cabinet when he drilled the holes for the screws to hold the microwave. I have custom cabinets andthe inside of these cabinets are finished inside very nice and now the bottom is all splintered out all around the holes and no way to cover this as well what he should have done was drill a pilot hole first and then a larger hole after, but I assume he was not trained to do this properly. Seems the young men I have seen who deliver and put in appliances all seem nice but not so trained as to not damage your property or the appliance.

If at first you don't succeed, fail, fail, again!

The next team came out and ordered parts, the 3rd team came out, not with the parts, but a whole new microwave oven. They did a great job removing the incorrectly installed microwave and installing the new one, but now this microwave is defective. 3 strikes and you're out. I give up, and am having BB pick this one out and getting a new one from another provider.
