Your company is the same as the LetsGoBrandon cheer. Your field techs on the other hand are amazing. The best part is the microwave was never even delivered. But your techs installed the one I went and bought at lowes. You as a company need to get your feces together. I Maybe have spent 10k with Best Buy over the last 4 years. I will never buy from you again. Even if beezelbub was going to take my soul.

Installers were very nice and professional. Microwave just what we wa ted.

The installers did not have the proper tools to install the microwave oven mounting bracket to the granite backsplash. They had to leave to go out a buy a hammer drill, which was not the right tool. They ultimately got it installed and it looks good, but the process was nerve wracking.

The lads that installed the microwave seemed to really know what they were doing and took very little time getting things mounted and ready to go.

We have had this particular service person install previous appliances. Excellent and speedy work.

Mr. Abdalla and his assistant were simply amazing. They were very fast, efficient, experienced. I asked them to not wheel the unit on the carpet, so they carried it the rest of the way into the kitchen. They cleaned up nicely, and called before coming. By far the most efficient and hard-working installation crew I have ever met. Take good care of them because Best Buy is lucky to have them.

Nice looking microwave but a downgrade from my GE Pro one that it replaced. The installers were so sweet and professional and had this installed for me quickly and correctly so a big thank you to them!

The installers did an amazing job. They communicated the anticipated arrival time and were punctual. They installed an outlet and got my microwave set up within an hour. They completed the cleanup without having to be asked. A+ customer service

Had an over the oven microwave installed. I was able to choose my time slot online. I received reminders of my appointment. The day before the installer phoned with a time. He called when he was on the way & arrived with another Geek Squad member on time. Gregg and his helper were very professional and courteous. They were able to resolve a slight problem with the installation area quickly and with no complaints. They also cleaned up! Very happy with the installation

The Best Buy team sent out professional installers, who did an amazing job installing my appliances. They showed me how everything worked and the things my items can do. They were quick and removed all debris. When they left you never even new they brought in new appliances. Love my Best Buy

The men who came to install the over the range microwave were all business. they came prepared to install and did the job in less than 10 minutes. They did a satisfactory job of cleaning up and were efficient.

The two installers were extremely knowledgeable and proficient. It was literally a matter of minutes for them to install a new microwave and dishwasher. Both had a sense of humor. There were no errors, no mess and it was a very smooth process.
