Terrible installation! Ruined the inside of my cabinet from drilling where he didnt even need to drill. I already had a hole drilled for the plug because I was replacing an over the range microwave. My microwave is crooked and the screws holding it are not screwed in straight. I called to complain and all I was offered was a gift card which I have yet to receive. This was a terrible install, the installer was in a hurry and its a mess it took me an hour to clean up the mess from the drilling! Plus where they slammed the drill down on my counter top its scratched and looks awful... TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE installation! I am afraid to have it redone because so many holes were drilled there isnt anywhere else to drill! The installer also told me he thought the microwave had been dropped due to it being hard to install, of course he said that after it was installed. Not happy with the product or the installation. Best Buy needs better installers that care about what they are doing instead of rushing and ruining everything! Their customer service people dont care either, you can get a gift card in place of all the stuff that is ruined! Ridiculous!

Love the color and the ease of my new microwave. The installers were great.

I encountered several issues with the vendor that were incredibly frustrating. Over the course of multiple visits, I met with various technicians, each offering conflicting advice and solutions. Ultimately, I found myself having to resolve the problem on my own. The lack of clear communication and the overall poor quality of customer service only added to my dissatisfaction.

Good Product ...no leakage or anything like that. I would recommend this product

They were on time and installed it quickly. However I had forgotten about my cookbooks in the cabinet above the Over-the-Range Microwave, I told them I would get them out but they started removing them. They also put the cook books back (I was in another room during the installation) and to my surprise they had just thrown them in the cabinet side ways, upside down, backwards, etc. Extremely unprofessional.

THIS WAS NEEDED TO INSTALL OUT NEW STOVE. GLAD BEST BUY ADDED IT TO THE ORDER.

Worth the cost so I didn't have to make my husband spend way too much time.

Hands down, I would recommend the geek squad installation! Worry free!!

My above-the-range microwave was damaged by the Geek Squad installer that responded to my scheduled appointment. I was there to watch and assist if needed, but the installer refused any help. When the microwave was installed, it was somewhat uneven, and the installer began to pull down on the microwave with the door open to adjust. Then when that didn't work, he went to the bolts above the cabinet and applied his heavy duty right angle cordless drill to the bolts and seemed to overtighten the one side to counter the offset. Finally he inserted shims between the top of the microwave and bottom of cabinetry. When he was done I noticed the top metal frame of the microwave is now buckled from the shims. But the problem is the door will not shut properly and must be lifted each time to close the microwave. Upon closer inspection, I am noticing buckling on the interior stainless steel portion of the top two inside door corners of the microwave. These corners are part of the seal to protect against radiation leakage from microwaves, as the door must be properly flush with the inside components. Apparently the frame is bent along the door seal. Now I am trying to contact Geek Squad, and they are giving me the run-around. After 3 or 4 phone calls, a dozen holds, 3 hours of calling/holding, I get a referral to CRST Home Solutions, who apparently oversee Geek Squad. They put me on another series of holds. Finally they give me a phone number to a local Best Buy store, and nobody answers that number "due to high call volume" then click. I'm assuming Geek Squad is insured/bonded, and I would like to get their claims agents to my home for an assessment of the damage. Unfortunately I may need a lawyer.

Great microwave. Shelf inside just gets in the way. Not really that useful.

Very pleased with the gentleman that came out to install my new appliances.

The installation guys were curteous, respectful and very clean.
