The best microwave ever! It looks amazing and cooks evenly. The salesman in the Best Buy store knew everything about the microwave and even had the correct part I could order for a filler to make a perfect fit in my cabinets. The delivery guys were great a 10+ .

This microwave is wonderful. Surprised I made such a good pick with only being able to see a little about it on line. When I went to the store, it was in stock, shock of all shocks, so was delivered and installed quickly. So glad because our old one quit working completely.

The installation was under-a-cabinet and in a space no wider than the width of the microwave with the door closed. The Whirlpool microwave was one of a limited number of units that met our needs because opening the door did not increase it's width. We are very satisfied with the unit although it was more expensive and had more controls than we'll ever need. However we could not find a less expensive full service microwave that fit our space needs.

We were very happy with both sets of installers. When the first team came, they very quickly realized the microwave was damaged during transit and helped us to reschedule. We really appreciate this team's concern to ensure we had a quality undamaged product. The second set of installers were very professional and quick. Overall, 2 great experiences.

Fast, knowledgeable and expert installation of microwave.

Despite that microwave that I bought through Best Buy was installed by my handyman who told me that microwave wasn’t new, had some small damage and was missing instructions. I called Best Buy and explained that I bought microwave as a new item and in reality it isn’t. Best Buy recognized their mistake and provided me not only with replacement but also with installer, He came on time and despite some hard time of securing/installing microwave. a lots of sweat, he did it. I appreciate professionalism, hard work and the way Best Buy handle the problem!

I had a Frigidaire over the range microwave for 18 years which worked fine until mid March this year. I purchased another Figidaire over the range microwave at Best Buy the end of March to replace it. The new one is just as wondeful as the last one. Besst Buy delivered it on time and installed it perfectly.
