The install was as expected, the man did his job, no issues.

Install was great and quick. Only reason not 5 starts is arrival was at 7 for a 10 to 2 window based on geography around largest man made lake east of Mississippi and not the installer's error. I missed a personal appointment that evening.

Every thing went well. Minor adjustments made to create new holes to hang new microwave. Well done and quick!

Install was absolutely perfect. They arrived on time and unpacked the new Microwave and then removed old microwave and fittings etc, then installed the new fittings and then the new microwave. They cleaned up everything. They were polite and did a great job on the install.

product is decent and have no complaints with its performance. Installation was free. This is a replacement purchase where similar Microwave was used. What I cannot understand is that the installer asked for and got money from us as according to him there was no "plug available" to carry out install and that he will have to install a new one. This is baffling.

The installers for the GE above oven microwave were very professional, from the time of notifying us 15 minutes before arrival through mounting the appliance and going over the main features!

The installers were quick, friendly, and except for a new microwave there was no sign the had been there. They removed the old one, which I had already uninstalled, so quicly and quietly that I reminded them about taking the old one not realizing it was done.

I ordered a G.E. Microwave on line for over the counter. Also ordered the professional installation of said Unit. All went very smoothly. I want to say a little about the installation. The installer showed up on time wearing gloves and mask. I believe his name was Anthony, and he impressed me with how he took out the old unit and in how easily he put in the new unit. 5 Stars to Anthony.

Our installer arrived at the door with the microwave and all the tools he needed to complete the removal of our old microwave and this installation. He came in, and was very polite in explaining what he would be doing. He proceeded to take down the old one and install the new one, and completely clean up in about 20 minutes. I would have still been looking at the directions!! It was well worth the money for the professional installation.

Bought an over the range microwave. Installers brought it in and then measured the place where it goes in. Unfortunately the door was opening outside and that takes more width and it would not fit. So they took it back. I ordered another one and they brought the second one and installed it cleanly and explained about how to use it. I am very happy.
