Best Buy did an awesome job on the installation...

Everything was installed correctly but my problem was the cost. I was told the installation would be 130 which was paid when I made the order. When it arrived the installer said it would cost another 80 dollars because I was going from a hood to a microwave over the oven. I had told that multiple times to sales person and they never mentioned it costing more obviously or I would have expected that to be discussed when I asked if there was any issue due to me having a hood. There is also a prep video that says if you have a hood that's no problem but does not mention any additional charge. The whole thing seems very misleading and underhanded.

Was emailed that they would be there between 8 and noon. Arrived at 12:30 after getting angry with them for not being there when promised. When they called to tell me when they would be there they stated they just got done with their noon to 4 appointments. What! I was scheduled for 8-noon. Called to complain to delivery department and was offered a $25.00 gift card. Called back to ask for installation charges on two items to be refunded as well. They said store would need to do it and store stated they delivery/installation group would need to do it. No refund just the $25.00 for being late and me missing an appointment that was scheduled for well after they would have been done if arriving during original time frame that was given.

The handle on the over the stove microwave gets really hot and it sounds hollow when closing the door. The sound when it is done sounds like it is ready to give out. Maybe you do get what you pay for.

This microwave needs much less time to cook than my old one.
