After the horrible experience with the dishwasher installation and a 4 week wait period to replace my existing over the range microwave, we got disgusting and installed it ourselves. It's a good thing too, as the person sent out to do the installation arrived alone in a rental truck and would have barely fit in the space where my range sat. I gave him the old microwave and sent him on his way.

I have had 2 broken microwaves and am waiting for the 3rd one to be delivered

I had arranged to have this microwave installed in a rental property that I owned. It was the biggest fiasco. I got about 6 text messages and an email all with different times prior to the day of installation. When the day came, I got a message from the installer at 7 am asking if he could come early. He then asked if we had the microwave. No, we didn't. For some reason it got put on a different truck. I drove a 1/2 hour to my rental property to wait for delivery. The installers showed up at noon. Still no microwave. They could only wait 15 minutes. So, I called and moved the installation & delivery to the next available time, which is not for another 2 weeks!!! It wasn't my issue. It seems like they should fit me in somehow. Then after I leave the rental unit (per the person on the phone), I get a call from the delivery van. They want to deliver. I told them; it has been rescheduled to be delivered with the installation and that I'm now 1/2 hour away back at home. Then I get yet another call from Best Buy, telling me the driver of the delivery van isn't quite sure where the building is. Again, I told him what happened and that I re-scheduled it. He said he would make sure it is done right next time. I have no confidence that it will come on the truck with the installation folks at this point! I also, have to interrupt my tenant and ask him to leave his condo so this can happen yet again. This is just making me look bad.

The microwave delivery and installation went flawless, but the microwave itself turned out to be defective and burned any food under the center of the emitter in the top of the oven chamber. Best Buy is working with me to get a new MW out here remove and reinstall. and haul away. Very helpfull so far, but the service/delivery date is next week.... Had to select a replacement model, because the original was not available, guess I got the last one, but no biggie!

Two people came and they knew what they were doing

My microwave's fan makes a loud noise whenever you use the microwave. The installation guy heard the noise but did not do anything to fix the problem. Now a new installation person has to fix the problem. On the contrary the installation was quick and clean.

Installer was very nice. Frame holds up very well.

Great microwave suggested times are very accurate.
